PET & OPP Film Digital Transfer Solution

In the home décor and leather product sectors, direct inkjet printing often struggles with uneven surfaces and poor ink absorption, leading to low efficiency and high rejection rates.

The PET film digital transfer solution solves this by printing designs onto PET film and then transferring them onto the target material. This avoids direct contact issues, ensures pattern clarity and color accuracy, reduces waste, and boosts productivity.

The solution features a 16-head PET film printer equipped with 16 Epson i3200 printheads and a kilometer-grade feeding system. With a top speed of 280㎡/h, it supports 24/7 automated, high-efficiency output. A single operator can monitor multiple machines simultaneously, saving significantly on labor.

There’s no need for plate making, color registration, edge trimming, or post-print curing. This offers major convenience for leather and tablecloth production. Whether for large orders requiring stable, on-time delivery or personalized small batches, the printer can switch designs on demand — managing both effortlessly.

Eco-Solvent Belt Printer Solution for Mats and Tableware

To meet both speed and precision demands of floor mats, placemats, and tablecloths, we introduced a 16-head high-speed eco-solvent printer. Production speeds of 200–300㎡/h help shorten turnaround times and ensure timely delivery.

Using eco-friendly solvent-based inks, the output on textile canvas is vivid, finely detailed, and virtually odorless. This solution is ideal for printing on tablecloths, curtains, and carpets — supporting high-volume production while maintaining product quality.

Multi-Function UV Belt Printing Solution

As demand for decorative window films and glass decals grows, the static cling window film market is expanding significantly.

Our multifunctional UV printing solution meets this trend with a range of supported effects: single color, color with gloss varnish, matte varnish, or both. It addresses the need for diverse aesthetic finishes in one integrated system.

Powered by Baosiwei’s proprietary UV ink, the prints are detailed, resistant to edge lifting, and low in odor — making them ideal for high-end decorative film markets.
