The Baosiwei JW-3204 is a 3.2m large-format eco solvent printer built for high-efficiency roll-to-roll production. It supports optional 2 or 4 Epson i3200-E1/A1 printheads, delivering high-resolution output with variable drop size at true 3200dpi. Print speeds range from 35㎡/h (2 heads, 4-pass) up to 80㎡/h (4 heads, 4-pass).

Equipped with a triple heating system (front, middle, rear), a built-in vacuum platform, and an 18-position dual-fan infrared dryer, it ensures fast drying, accurate ink fixation, and smooth media feeding. The dual-motor take-up and feeding system provides better tension control for long-run stability.

Media is fed precisely using three-row adjustable pinch rollers, with support for materials up to 3200mm wide including leather, canvas, backlit film, vinyl, and photographic paper. Imported linear rails minimize vibration, ensuring smoother motion and long-term reliability.
