WEPACK 2026 Successfully Concluded | Missed the Show? Baosiwei Brings You the Highlights!
Global Smart Manufacturing Summit
The 3-day South China International Packaging & Printing Exhibition has successfully concluded. During the show, the Baosiwei booth was constantly busy with visitors, as printing professionals from around the world gathered on-site for active discussions and business talks. This scene was not only a strong recognition of Baosiwei’s brand strength and product value, but also reflected the urgent demand from packaging companies for digital transformation.

2026 is a crucial year for the packaging industry to shift tracks and achieve breakthrough growth. Keeping pace with industry trends, Baosiwei brought two core solutions as the key focus of this exhibition.

Complete Corrugated Box Solution
Feeding → Printing → Laminating → Cutting (Rewinding)

01
Baosiwei prominently showcased its 16-head, 8-color corrugated box printing-laminating-cutting inline production system. We integrated the three processes of printing, laminating, and cutting into one production line. Finished products can be directly used for mounting, helping factories save processes, reduce costs, and lower labor requirements.
Feeding
The on-site system featured a shaftless unwinding unit with a loading capacity of up to 2 tons. Both 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores can be switched freely. A 2-ton jumbo paper roll can be replaced within minutes, without forklifts, gantries, or multiple workers carrying heavy rolls.

If factories need to frequently switch to small rolls, we also provide a standard solution for rolls under 200 kg, as well as an optional shaft-type automatic unwinding system, flexibly adapting to different production scenarios.
Printing
The printer uses a 16-head, 8-color configuration and operated steadily on-site at a speed of 100 square meters per hour. In 8-color mode, colors are rich and saturated, gradients are smooth and natural, and light-color areas are rendered delicately. When switched to 4-color mode, production capacity can increase to 200 square meters per hour.
Many long-term customers commented that compared with the previous generation, print quality has significantly improved, especially with finer light-color image performance. The equipment also offers a wide color gamut, excellent gloss, and vivid color expression.

Laminating
To ensure long-term stability and durability, prevent frame deformation, and avoid poor film adhesion, this laminating machine adopts a solid structural design with a total weight of 1.5 tons. During the live demonstration, laminated samples were flat and bubble-free.

Cutting / Rewinding
The machine is equipped with a high-precision cutting system with controllable tolerances. If cutting is not required, an optional rewinding system is available to rewind laminated materials into full rolls, flexibly meeting different order requirements.

Multiple Models Available to Match Your Needs
In addition to the 16-head model demonstrated on-site, Baosiwei also offers an 8-head corrugated box digital printing solution: available in 4-color or 8-color configurations, suitable for orders under 500 pieces, sampling, and small-batch production, with low investment threshold and high flexibility.

24-Head Corrugated Box Digital Solution:
Designed to nearly meet factory-level mass production needs. In high-speed mode (for fruit box printing), output can reach 800 square meters per hour. In quality mode (such as home appliance carton printing), it can still maintain stable output at 300 square meters per hour.

Flexible Packaging Digital Solution
Print from One Piece, No Plate Making Required
One Piece Start Printing

02
In addition to rigid packaging, Baosiwei also focuses on digital printing needs in the flexible packaging sector. Our flexible packaging solution is specially designed for PET film and OPP film. No plate making is required, and printing can start from just one sheet, effectively solving the high plate-making cost and slow changeover issues of traditional gravure printing.
After printing, finished products can be completed through conventional post-processing steps such as lamination and bag making. At the exhibition, samples such as pet food bags, food packaging bags, and facial mask pouches attracted strong interest from many visitors.
This solution uses eco-friendly ink. Finished products are odor-free, contain no heavy metals, and comply with daily chemical packaging safety standards. Color fastness is excellent, and graphics are not easy to peel off or scratch. For new product development, seasonal limited editions, and small-batch custom orders, this solution can greatly reduce sampling costs and minimum order barriers.

Looking Forward to Working with You
Although the exhibition has come to an end, exploration never stops. We will continue to focus on small-batch packaging digital solutions, continuously optimizing equipment and services in both rigid packaging and flexible packaging printing, helping more printing companies respond to industry changes. Let us explore more possibilities for small-batch packaging together!
