Meet Baosiwei at Tanzhou 2026: Integrated Digital Printing for Paper Packaging
Meet Baosiwei at Tanzhou 2026: Integrated Digital Printing for Paper Packaging
From October 28–30, 2026, Baosiwei will exhibit at the China International Paper Packaging Industry Expo at Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Foshan, China.
At Booth C041, Hall 3, Area A, Baosiwei will showcase its 16-head digital printing line with integrated laminating and cutting, developed for packaging manufacturers handling short runs, frequent design changes, and tight delivery schedules.
The system combines three production processes in one connected line, helping reduce material handling and simplify production. Visitors can see the equipment in operation and discuss how digital printing can fit their existing paper packaging workflows.

1. Integrate Printing, Laminating, and Cutting into One Production Line
When printing, laminating, and cutting are handled as separate operations, packaging factories must move materials between processes and coordinate multiple production stages. This can increase labor requirements, handling time, and material waste, particularly when orders change frequently.
Baosiwei's integrated digital printing line connects printing, lamination, and cutting in a continuous workflow. As printed material moves through the line, the downstream processes follow without requiring the same level of separate handling between stages.
For manufacturers producing short-run packaging and multiple designs, this setup can simplify production scheduling and reduce unnecessary transfers between operations.
Key features include:
- Integrated digital printing, laminating, and cutting
- Reduced manual material handling between processes
- A more connected workflow for short-run packaging orders
- Greater flexibility when managing multiple designs and order changes

2. Eight-Color Printing for Detailed Packaging Graphics
Packaging artwork often combines brand logos, small text, fine graphic details, gradients, and large areas of solid color. Reproducing these elements consistently is important for maintaining the intended appearance of the finished package.
The exhibited machine uses an eight-color printing configuration to reproduce detailed graphics and a broad range of color transitions. Fine text, complex artwork, and large color areas can be evaluated through actual print samples rather than specifications alone.
The system supports packaging materials including grey-back white board and white card stock, making it suitable for applications such as printed carton face paper, gift packaging, and other paper-based packaging products.
Actual output quality depends on the substrate, artwork, print settings, and production conditions. For this reason, testing with the materials and designs used in your own production is recommended before confirming a configuration.

3. Industrial Construction for Stable Material Handling
In roll-to-roll packaging production, the quality of the finished output depends on more than the printhead configuration. Unwinding, web transport, lamination, and cutting must work together to keep the material moving consistently through the line.
Baosiwei has refined several structural components of the exhibited system to address these production requirements.
Shaftless Unwinding System with 2-Ton Roll Capacity
The machine features an industrial frame and a shaftless unwinding system designed to simplify paper roll loading and replacement. Its stated roll capacity is up to 2 tons.
A stable unwinding arrangement helps control roll movement during production and supports continuous material feeding.

Heavy-Duty Lamination Unit
The lamination unit has a machine-body weight of approximately 1.5 tons. Its structure is designed to support stable paper transport through the lamination process.
Consistent material movement is important for reducing issues such as uneven lamination and bubbling. Actual results should be verified using the paper stock, film, and operating conditions required by the factory.
Cutting Performance for Downstream Processing
Cutting accuracy and edge quality affect how printed packaging material performs in subsequent converting operations.
The cutting unit is designed to produce clean cuts with controlled dimensions and fewer rough edges. For production evaluation, manufacturers should check cutting accuracy against their required sizes and inspect the finished edges using their own packaging materials.
For factories planning extended production runs, a practical machine test should include continuous feeding, print consistency, lamination quality, and cutting performance—not just a short demonstration at the beginning of a job.

4. Discuss Your Paper Packaging Production Requirements with Baosiwei
A digital printing line should be evaluated against the work it needs to handle. Paper specifications, order quantities, artwork complexity, finishing requirements, and delivery schedules all influence the appropriate equipment configuration.
At Tanzhou 2026, Baosiwei will present its integrated 16-head digital printing solution for paper packaging and discuss its applications with packaging manufacturers.
Visit our booth to see the equipment in operation and discuss your requirements for substrate compatibility, printing quality, production workflow, and finishing processes.
