The JW-1932 is not a simple model update. It is the result of systematic optimization and upgrades across key areas—including machine structure, media handling, printhead control, and ink supply—validated through years of real production scenarios. Structural Design Driven by Real Production Needs

Through long-term customer applications and on-site feedback, we have learned that stable solvent printing depends not only on the printhead itself, but also on the structural design of the printing platform, media transport stability, and overall system coordination. These insights come from years of practical use and repeated validation.

The JW-1932 features an upgraded, extended, and reinforced printing platform, providing a more stable foundation for various media types and sizes. During large-format continuous printing, this helps reduce potential impacts caused by micro-deformation of the platform.

In addition, the machine adopts a liftable pinch roller structure, allowing it to better adapt to media of different thicknesses and materials during continuous printing. This helps keep media flat and minimizes feeding fluctuations that may affect image consistency—making it especially suitable for long-duration, high-frequency production environments.


Dual Epson i3200-E1 Printheads: Balancing Speed, Efficiency, and Quality

The JW-1932 is equipped with two Epson i3200-E1 printheads, delivering higher overall output efficiency while maintaining image precision and color gradation.

Thanks to the coordinated optimization of the platform, media handling system, and control system, the JW-1932 provides stable output speeds across different quality requirements:

  • 2-pass mode: up to approximately 74 m²/h, ideal for high-efficiency output and batch orders
  • 4-pass mode: approximately 38 m²/h, achieving a balanced combination of speed and image quality
  • 6-pass mode: approximately 28 m²/h, meeting applications with higher detail requirements

This wide range of stable production speeds allows the printer to adapt to different production rhythms while maintaining predictable and sustainable output performance.

Compared with DX5-based configurations, the JW-1932 achieves an overall productivity increase of approximately 45%. This improvement is not driven by speed figures alone, but by years of inkjet application experience combined with coordinated optimization of printhead configuration, media stability, and system control—aligning more closely with real-world production demands for “stable speed.”


Stable Control System with Hoson Industrial Board

The JW-1932 is powered by an industrial-grade Hoson control board.

In Eco solvent printing environments, stability depends not only on printhead performance, but also on data transmission reliability, precise head driving, and coordinated system control—especially during high-speed output and long continuous runs.

Hoson control systems have been widely used and proven in advertising and industrial inkjet applications. Their mature control logic helps maintain image consistency and operational reliability under continuous production conditions, aligning with Baosiwei’s long-standing principles for equipment selection and system stability.


Printhead Temperature Control and Continuous Ink Supply for Long-Term Operation

To meet the stability requirements of long-duration solvent printing, the JW-1932 is equipped with a printhead temperature control system. This helps ensure smoother inkjet performance, improves jetting consistency, and contributes to extended printhead service life.

The ink supply system adopts a continuous ink supply design with 1.5-liter large-capacity ink bottles. Compared with standard 1-liter configurations, the increased ink capacity reduces the need for frequent refilling and minimizes downtime interruptions during extended production runs.

Through the combined operation of control systems, printhead management, and ink supply design, the JW-1932 is better suited to the demands of high-intensity, batch-oriented production environments that require long-term stability and sustained efficiency.
