BSW-1908 Integrated Print & Cut Machine: Fast Response for Low-Volume Orders

To address the growing demand for low-quantity packaging jobs, we introduced the BSW-1908, an 8-head coated paper printer with integrated cutting. This model streamlines the full production flow—from digital printing to precise cutting—without the need for plate making.

It is particularly suited for orders under 500 pieces, helping packaging converters shorten lead times, reduce labor costs, and improve production flexibility.

8-Color High-Precision Output for Premium Packaging

We also demonstrated a BSW-1908 8-color configuration, developed specifically for high-quality packaging printing. The solution performs well on uncoated or lightly coated paper surfaces, handling large solid color blocks and gradient transitions with smooth, clean output.

This makes it ideal for brand packaging jobs with strict visual standards, especially in the food, electronics, and consumer goods sectors.
