The line used a shaftless unwinding system with a loading capacity of up to 2 tons.
Both 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores could be switched freely.
A 2-ton jumbo roll could be replaced within minutes without forklifts, lifting frames, or multiple workers.
We also explained that if his factory frequently changes smaller rolls, we can provide standard solutions for rolls under 200 kg, as well as shaft-type automatic feeding options.
② Printing: 24 Heads, 4 Colors, High Speed and High Quality
The machine ran steadily at 400 sqm/hour, handling different order needs efficiently.
Under 4-color mode, colors were vivid, gradients smooth, and light-color areas delicate and detailed.

The machine includes a high-precision cutting system with controlled tolerance.
If cutting is not needed, rewinding can also be selected to collect laminated material into rolls.
This allows flexible handling for different order types.

Finished products can be used directly for mounting and further converting.
