The story started in advertising printing. Back then, print shops were limited by slow, plate-based processes that couldn’t keep up with changing orders. Baosiwei introduced new-generation roll printers that shortened delivery times and lowered costs. As clients from other industries came to us with similar challenges, we expanded our expertise to textiles, home décor, artificial flowers, packaging, decorative materials, toys, and beyond. Instead of pushing one “universal” machine, we designed different hardware and ink systems for each market’s needs—water-based, eco-solvent, UV, or latex—all certified by SGS, OEKO-TEX, VOC, and ADIDAS A-01 and optimized for real production environments.

Color management became another focus. We built a joint color lab with X-Rite, collaborated with software developers like PrintFactory and ColourGate, and refined our workflows until what you see on screen is what you get on material. This wasn’t about marketing—it was about giving factory owners predictable results that scale.

Our reputation also grew because of how we handle service. With thousands of machines running worldwide, fast support became critical. That’s why we built the “One-Click Repair” app, allowing customers to connect directly with engineers for quick video guidance. Complex cases are diagnosed remotely before a field technician arrives, which saves hours or even days of downtime. It’s a simple promise: we don’t just sell machines—we stay with you when you need us most.

Today, Baosiwei operates over 20 service centers across China, two subsidiaries abroad, and a nationwide training system managed from our Guangzhou headquarters.
