The 2025 Shanghai International Ad & Sign Technology & Equipment Exhibition (APPPEXPO) concluded successfully after four days of vibrant activity. Jingwang·Baosiwei showcased eight flagship printing machines and a series of innovative digital printing solutions, attracting global professionals and buyers for in-depth discussions.

From high-efficiency industrial setups to cutting-edge personalization technologies, Baosiwei once again demonstrated its leadership in the digital printing sector.

Smart Workflow Solutions Took the Spotlight

Baosiwei's integrated Coated Paper Print-and-Cut Machine gained wide attention with its precise synchronized system. By linking printing and cutting, it achieves cutting accuracy within 1mm—saving setup time, labor, and material waste.

With both 4-color and 8-color configuration options, it provides a flexible solution for short-run color box production.

The Crystal Label Foil Transfer Machine also drew significant interest. With a fully automated process from printing to foil stamping and laminating, it ensures excellent durability, rich color finish, and scratch resistance—ideal for high-end packaging applications.

Next-Gen Customization for Apparel and Décor

For the growing personalized garment printing market, Baosiwei launched its new DTG White Ink Printer. Featuring a dual-station design and outstanding performance on cotton and dark fabrics, it offers breathable results for large designs while delivering vibrant color quality.

The UV Embroidery Simulation Printer amazed attendees with its layered white ink technology, simulating real embroidery textures—perfect for custom products like banners, pillows, wall art, and fashion bags.

Baosiwei’s DTF Heat Transfer Printer also stood out, combining white ink printing with special effects like fluorescent and foil options. The prints are washable, bright, and ideal for limited-edition fashion items.

Versatile and Compact Machines

The upgraded 8-Head UV Belt Printer supports 30+ roll media types including leather, canvas, and soft film. With multi-process options such as matte varnish, gloss, reverse/foil stamping, and layered white-ink, it empowers premium-quality production across multiple industries.

The compact UV Flatbed Printer (less than 1㎡ footprint) demonstrated flexible printing on flat boards, rolls, and cylindrical items. Real-time demos proved its huge potential for cultural and creative product customization.

Industrial-Grade Performance for Large-Scale Production

Baosiwei’s Eco-Solvent Belt Printer captured the attention of high-volume manufacturers. Using i3200 printheads, it delivers high-speed output without banding and supports vibrant, high-permeability eco-solvent ink technologies.

With modular options for 8 or 16 heads, production capacity ranges from 140–280㎡/h, ideal for large-scale factories seeking productivity and precision.
